EPA Environmental Enforcement

ERS advised the EPA in relation to Local Authority enforcement planning, including the evaluation of all Local Authority Annual Environmental Enforcement plans prepared to satisfy EU requirements (RMCEI).

Prior to founding ERS, Shane Herlihy developed practical guidance to assist the EPA implement legislation and operators respond to their obligations under the Environmental Liability Directive, including:
